To act as the agent for professional discussions on behalf of the membership.

The Education Leaders of Kenosha believe in maintaining frequent and open lines of communication with the Superintendent and Board of Education.  Periodically, the Executive Committee and Superintendent will meet and confer on topics covering a myriad of areas deemed important by our membership.  The ultimate purpose of these discussions is to keep the Superintendent and Board of Education apprised of what we feel is necessary in order to attract and retain first-rate employees and support them in ways that allow them to maximize the potential of the Kenosha Unified School District.
